Business Management - Customer Success Internship

Join our Touchtown team, give us 10-12 weeks from May to August, and we’ll provide you with the most real-world learning experience ever.  This internship will gain hands-on experience across our Customer Success Department including exposure to our critical project management, customer care functions, and IT solutions. This isn’t a “go for” type of internship – because you’ll be working for a small business. You will be constantly challenged through projects that help our day-to-day operations but allow you to immerse yourself into how all aspects of our business churn together.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis around our operations and have a significant impact on the improvement of company procedures
  • Document and define business processes using Business Process Modeling techniques
  • Focus on cost reduction and time efficiency across our internal operations
  • Assist in project management activities for multiple major products
  • Prepare reports based on findings and present reports to peers and management
  • Work with the IT Department with troubleshooting computers and basic networking tasks
  • Prepare reports and document inventory
  • Work closely with cloud computing

Qualifications

  • Minimum Junior level in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Must have transportation to and from our Oakmont, PA office
  • Strong academics (GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong computer skills and must possess proficient skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be creative and enjoy having fun
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible
  • Self-starter and enjoy being in a small company setting
  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation

This internship is paid on an hourly basis, commensurate with experience level of the candidate.  We aim to have you work in our office 25-40 hours a week.
