Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be a part of a small marketing team and shall be an important contributor to the success of the company. You will become an expert in the senior living industry and responsible for materials development, messaging, and sales support. This is a great opportunity for an intelligent, ambitious, creative, and hard working and career oriented professional who wants to have a hand in everything including marketing communications, trade shows, videos, competitive analysis, PR, and more.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop case studies, white papers, newsletters, blog posts, brochures, press releases, videos, etc. that will help generate marketing qualified leads and brand awareness.
  • Ensure that Touchtown’s brand comes through in all of our marketing 
  • Help Touchtown stay ahead of the senior living industry
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, Journalism or any related field
  • Understanding of B2B marketing
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Ability to effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong editorial eye
  • Self-starter and a team player
  • Warm and friendly personality
  • Experience with marketing automation (Act-On), CRM (Salesforce), and Wordpress is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
